Getting started
Add your pet’s profile, then use Quick add to record notes, weight and records. The Journal and Records tabs keep everything in date order and by category.
Reporting a problem
Include your app version, device and operating system, and the steps that led to the issue.
Never send passwords, verification codes, or personal or medical details that are not needed to describe the problem.
Account and sign-in
Sign in with the same method you used to create the account. If you cannot sign in, contact support from the same email address where possible.
Records and backup
Vidalado holds copies of information you enter. Keep original veterinary records and other critical documents with the issuing provider or in another secure place.
Subscriptions and purchases
Vidalado Plus is purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play. Changes, renewals and cancellations happen in the store where you subscribed, not on this website.
Restoring purchases
Restore purchases is inside the app. Sign in to the same store account you subscribed with, then choose Restore. This website cannot restore purchases.
