Important records and veterinary care

Vidalado helps you organise copies of information about your animal. It is not a veterinary practice, does not replace professional veterinary advice, and may not contain your veterinarian's complete or current clinical record.

Keep original veterinary records, prescriptions, certificates and other critical documents with the issuing provider or in another secure location. Do not rely on Vidalado as the only way to access information needed for urgent or time-critical care. If your animal needs urgent care, contact a veterinarian or appropriate emergency service.

Vidalado provides backup and export tools, but no digital service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep an independent copy of information you could not safely replace.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
