Delete your Vidalado account and data
What deletion means, and how to request it.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Privacy and data.
- Choose Delete account or data.
- Review what will be removed, then confirm.
Cloud deletion asks you to confirm you own the account and shows what will be affected first. If you administer a shared Care Circle, you may be asked to choose a replacement.
Export first
Deletion is permanent. Download a copy of anything you want to keep.
Settings, then Privacy and data, then Download data.
Two different actions
Remove data from one device
Clears Vidalado from that device only. Your account and other devices are unaffected.
Delete your cloud account
Permanently removes your account and the records only your account holds.
Online deletion request
Online deletion requests are not available on this website yet.
Use the steps in the app. If you cannot access the app, see Support. Support
